Boone County, WV – Two Women Killed in Three-Vehicle Accident

Boone County, WV (November 16, 2018) – On Thursday, November 15, a three-vehicle crash took place in Boone County that led to injuries and the fatality of two women. The accident involved an ambulance, according to police.
The women’s names have been identified as 70-year-old Donna Workman and 52-year-old Nola Niday. The crash took place around 5 p.m. last evening on Lens Creek Road. There were three people in the ambulance at the time, who were taken to the hospital to be checked out for injuries.
A total of seven people were involved in the accident. Police say that the roads were very slick at the time and that people were speeding in the area. Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
