Brooke County, WV – Driver Killed in Fatal Two-Car Accident
Brooke County, WV (January 19, 2019) – This past week, a driver was killed in a fatal two-car accident that took place along Route 2 in Brooke County at 8:37 p.m. The accident, according to police, took place in the Wellsburg area.
Two vehicles collided with one another and three people received injuries in the crash. Police say that at least one person was arrested but the details of the crime were not yet released. Drivers were told to avoid the area for quite some time following the collision.
Police say that they have not yet released the name of the individual who was killed in the collision due to the fact that the accident is still being investigated and family is being notified.
At this time, police continue their investigation to determine how the accident occurred and who is at fault.
