Lavalette, WV One Person Hospitalized After Car Crash Along WV-152

Lavalette, WV (March 30, 2019) – One individual was arrested by police and another was taken to the hospital following a car crash that happened along WV-152.

The West Virginia State Police responded to the crash where a pickup truck ran into parked vehicles in a parking lot along the highway. The incident happened on Wednesday evening around 7:00 p.m.

West Virginia State Police said that, after the pickup truck driver lost control, a total of seven vehicles were severely damaged in the accident. One person from inside one of the vehicles received injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The driver is currently facing charges related to the accident and the investigation into the incident continues.
