Monongalia County, WV – One Person Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Crash
Monongalia County, WV (October 27, 2018) – On Friday morning, October 26, emergency crews arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Monongalia County. The accident happened around 6 a.m. yesterday morning at the intersection of Grafton Road and Halleck Road.
The roadway was closed down for quite some time while Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office deputies, EMS department, and fire departments arrived at the scene.
Officials investigated for some time and discovered that one man was injured in the accident. His name has not yet been released but he was transported to the Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The accident happened when a Ford Escape was turning to enter another road, which is when the driver struck the man’s vehicle.
